Project Manager

• Works with both the development team and with business stakeholders;
  Guarantees that what is being built will match what the customer expects and that this development occurs within the expected time frame;
  Structures the project organization;
  Responsible to look after every detail of the project;
  Supervises whether the team members are working efficiently.

Client Executive

• Facilitates the communication between teams;
  Develops and maintains cordial relationships with clients and team members;
  Conducts regular meetings with team members to know the status of the project and also to make certain changes and improvements.

Solution Architect

• He researches, evaluates and selects technology and infrastructure products;
  Analyzes functionality and features, assesses cost benefit factors and budgetary impacts, impacts to customer organization, security and users;
  Investigates compatibility with the existing operating environment, selects products for evaluation, determines evaluation criteria and recommends final selection;
  He creates the design and diagrams of the projects;
  Performs Business and System Analysis and Database Designing;
  Analyses the impact of the Change and Configuration Management regarding the project.

Development Manager

• Provides leadership to develop and implement high-quality programs;
  Coordinates the team of programmers;

Quality Manager

• Administer the quality assurance program;
  Drives continuous improvement;
  Designs or specifies test methods for software inspection, verification and validation.
