Key responsabilities:
- Arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect new businesses;
- Negotiating the terms of the agreements and closing sales via meetings, telephones and emails;
- Maintaining and developing relationships with clients – using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software solution;
- Creating and adapting the company’s sales offers;
- Listening to the clients business requirements and presenting the appropriate solutions based on the company’s products and services;
- Constant reviewing his sales performance;
- Contributing to the sales and marketing strategy of the company;
- Gathering market and customer information and using this data to decide the budget for the communication campaigns;
- Gaining a clear understanding of the customer’s requirements in order to create the business analsys to develop custom software solutions;
- Observing and reporting market trends back to Pluriva;
- Making accurate cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
