Pluriva's pharmaceutical software department and its national representatives generated a turnover of over 2.2 million euros in 2009, up 10% from 2008.
"Given that many pharmacies are facing serious problems caused by the delay of the money they should receive from insurance houses for the compensated recipes, it is unlikely for the incomes from implementing the Pharmec application in pharmacies to see a considerable growth," said Georgian Roşu, Pluriva's General Manager.
Of the 2,400 pharmacies using the Pharmec application, about 600 are grouped into networks, the rest being independent pharmacies.
